As we are focused on the individual, we analyze and treat every case accordingly, depending on the patient’s needs. This includes taking as long as necessary to train the patient on the products they are receiving and also offering one on one mask fittings with one of our knowledgeable CPAP trainers. The average length of our CPAP trainings tends to be around two hours to ensure enough time is taken for our patient to feel comfortable and ready to begin their therapy once they have received their new equipment.
Our back office team, a full staff of English speaking representatives, strives to make every patient’s experience as easy and seamless as possible, both before and after their date of service. We do this by assisting with completion of all paperwork, thoroughly explaining billing procedures, offering qualified product guidance and assistance, providing extended office hours (including weekends in special cases), generating compliance reports from a wide range of devices (no matter where they may have received it), and giving continuous support even if the patient changes stations, moves back to the United States, or retires.
